Is There A Short Cut To Effective Email Promotion?

Are you frustrated with your online marketing efforts?

I know how you feel. Trying to make money on the internet can be really tough. I posted a new site when I first started only to sit there wait for months for my first sale.

Have you heard of email promotion?

That is exactly, what I have heard. Supposedly, all you have to do is send out a quick email and rake in all the money. Unfortunately, that has not worked.

How do you separate the myth from reality? Not easy is it. So, I got to thinking maybe I was missing something when it came to my email marketing. Maybe there is something more.

Then I stumbled upon a secret about email promotion the gurus did not tell me.

At the very moment I was being told how important email marketing is; I was told don't do it until you have your own massive opt-in list. Hmmm. How do you get results from selling through emails if you cannot sent out emails without spamming?

By definition sending out unsolicited (no opt-in) emails is spam. People don't want them. So, do not send them.

The situation then is this: we just cannot send out enough emails to make selling through emails work like it is suppose to. Right?

What if someone with a large fully functioning opt-in mailing list would allow us to send our email ad to their list? It certainly would not be spam.

Here is how I do it. I submit my email ad copy to my web marketing service company. They approve it and sent it out to millions of their customers on their email lists. It works.

I suppose there are many different ways to do this, but since I have always been told I needed my own list; I use this bulk email approach to build my list. I take my usual, opt-in offer and set it up to receive the responses from the bulk email marketing. I offer my free item, and thousands sign up on my list. Now I can legitimately market to them again and again at no additional cost.

Now there is hope. My enlarged email list gives me the opportunity to really expand my email promotion efforts. Now I can expect a return on my investment.

How can you make each email count? Try this: keep it short, avoid words like free, promise only what you can truly deliver, and give the readers what they want.

Good content is simply giving my customer, what they are looking for. That is what I want to give them. Some kind of call to action is included in each email to encourage readers to visit the website or even buy something.
