Starting Up An eBay Account

I will walk you through the registration process on eBay.com which is the United States eBay platform site. Pick out an eBay user ID and password that you like. If you are considering having your own Internet business or you desire to connect to an offline business then your eBay ID should be something like your offline business, such as abctextiles123 might become your user id for ABC textiles. This is related to the name of your offline business.
Individuals who are planning on selling items on a casual basis can choose any non-offensive used ID that they like. Again, remember that this name will be attached to your sales listings, and it is in your best interests to choose a name that inspires people to purchase your product, rather than something silly.
You have to pick a password. I suggest that you pick a completely different password that you have never used before. If you use the same password you typically use, then it could be too easy for someone to get into your account. So be smart about picking out your password. A mixture of letters and numbers make secure passwords.
Finally, you will have to choose a special question such your mother's name before she was married or the name of your pet.
